I have purchased a Acer Aspire E15 but the webcam and camera is inverted when I take a picture. I don't have a crystal eye camera (not sure what it is called but it was mentioned that some do have it) but it is an intergrated camera. Any solutions to make it not flip for taking pictures and skype?

Thanks!

You may download and install Acer Crystal eye app from Microsoft store. It is a free App.

To download, press the Windows key + C, or swipe in from the right edge of the screen to open your Charms and select Search.

Type Store, tap or click on Apps, and then click on Store from the search results.

Locate and select your app, then click Install. If you haven't signed in to the Windows Store, sign in using your Microsoft account.

    To change settings in Skype.

Go to the top menu and click on “Tools -> Options”

    Click on “Webcam settings”

Select “Camera Control” tab and use the vertical option to set your webcam image back on default.

Apply settings and this should fix the problem.
