I purchased the recovery disks, installed per instructions but my Acer Aspire 3450 keeps restarting once it gets to Win 7 logo. I've downloaded the drivers from Acer website. Don't know where to go from here.....suggestions?

Have you wiped your HDD before using the recovery disks?

No, I didn't wipe the HD....also did a system restore by hitting the Alt & F10 keys. Went through the restore process but computer is still in restarting loop.

If you want to use the recovery disks, you need to wipe completly your HDD, you can use diskpart command clean

the HDD must be no formatted and no partioned.

Recovery disks install okay but when it restarts after install, it goes into the restarting loop at the Win 7 logo

Can you try to disconnect any USB device and boot from HDD?

if your system has 2 or more ram sticks, try to boot with just one.
