I expect we'll hear something within a few months of Acer releasing a Lolipop device, but I don't believe they've announced a new tablet with Lolipop yet. I doubt they will announce any potential upgrades until after they're shipping product...

Thanks for that information. So we are probably looking at the end of the year maybe, hopefully I'll have a new tablet by then thanks again

That is pretty much the norm for tablets and phones. Release the product, do one round of updates about a year later then buy new after the second year. I personally stretch that a bit, I keep my phones for three years and keep tablets longer. I'm not adverse to using Jellybean on my A100 though.

I think my tablet A1-810 is going on three years old I'm probably going to wait till it dies before I buy another one.. I love my tablet so does my 17 month old. My tablet has taken a bit of a beating but it still working great!!!!! I purchased a Windows 8.1 7" tablet that I don't care for I keep going back to my Android, I guess its what your use to you using. Love my Acer!!!!! Thanks again for all the help...????
