I am introducing myself for the first time. Today I restored with a new user name. The reason for that is twofold. First I singed up with my personal first and last name. I had a kind moderator change it to the user name that I wanted. But somehow it got changed to my email name. 

 

Sense then I have not been able to log in. It either told me the password or username was wrong. Or that it would say the community ID is unavaliable. I tried logging on with my email, user name of Magicgraywolf, neither would give me access to Acer Community. I only had two options at that point change my password, or start over with a new user name.

 

Anyway I am back and I have many questions about the use of Acer Community. I was also getting help from one of the members with my hard drive on my other computer. I hope that I will enjoy using Acer Coumunity as last time. I will also try to contact that other member in a day or so. Still having computer problems.

    There was a change to the sign in process and you can read about it here.

     

    If you want to revert back to your original username, I'll check to see what we can do.  Just send me a Private Message.

     

    Anyway, we are glad to have you back and hopefully you will get the help you need with your issue.

    I have to say thanks to all of you who provided solutions for the problem. It is still an unknown reason. But will all the suggestions, one last password reset was all that was needed. It is working fine.  I wish you all a Merry Christmas, or whatever your beliefs is for this time of year.
