I've updated my Iconia A3-A10 to KitKat for full WiFi miracast ability.

I am able to Chromecast as well as Localcast, with no problem. How do I enable Miracast?

    Zoeyk,

     

    If you have performed the updated, and there is not optoin for miracast, then that would mean this model does not support miracast.

    I'm not sure where to check for the option?  If it does not support miracast, is there anything I can to to update it?

    It was the main reason I updated to KitKat in the first place.

    Zoeyk,

     

    If the device supports Miracast, then you would find it with the following steps:

     

    1. Open your Settings menu.
    2. Under Device, touch Display, then locate and touch Cast screen.
    3. Touch the Menu icon in the top right, then check the box next to "Enable Cast screen."

    If the option Cast screen or similar option is not present, then the device does not support Miracast.
