Too many problems with my E700 - its going back.

My new E700 is a big disappointment. I have 3 of the well documented problems on here but Acer seem to be doing nothing to fix them:

Notification light not working (I know this can be fixed with a third party app but its not satisfactory)

 

Its a great phone in many ways but it obviously wasn't ready for release. I'm fed up of waiting for a fix so its going back to Amazon.

    My E700 has been booked in for return to Amazon and................Acer release an update Smiley Frustrated

     

    The headphones issue seems to be fixed. Don't know about the wifi yet.

    I really don't know how acer can avoid to solve the problems... First of all, they should provide a changelog in this situation, then, they should fix everything asap and with many excuses to the customers. I will NEVER buy another acer smartphone or product, and never suggest to buy this brand!!!

    I just don't understand why most People have so many problems with the e700, i have my phone for 2months tops and have none of the problems very strange i hope that it's not a question of time before that start
