Hello Smiley Happy

I just want to ask what should I do with my phone's speaker. I am using v370 model. Lately I noticed that I didn't hear any alarm from my phone, just some vibrations. Now when I tried to phone a friend I cannot hear any sound from my phone (even the ringing of the other line). The worst case is that when I try to play music using the speaker I can't hear any sound, BUT when I inserted my earphones the sound is very clear. It's a trouble on my part since I cannot use this phone for phonecalls and leisure. Smiley Sad

    Have you tried to reboot your phone?

    Have you tried a factory data reset?

    please backup your personal data before factory reset:

    settings/backup&reset/factory data reset

     

    if your issue is still present after this 2 things, it's an hardware issue and need to be repaired.

    Thank you Iron. I'm "back upping" my files now. However, do you have any idea if the warranty is valid to certain countries only? Because I bought this from home during my vacation but I'm studying abroad. Im just crossing fingers it's not a hardware defect Smiley Sad

    honestly i don't know how Acer will handle the warranty in your case, need to contact the nearest Acer support service of your current location.
