I have bought Acer B326HK UHD monitor this month and I have runned few problems. First problem I already did solve which was the unable to use 60Hz. The fix was to use Accell UltraAV B142C-010B cable. So it was quality issue with cable that monitor had shipped with.

New one I noticed today is strange ghosting when diplaying certain pattern on the screen.

That made me worry a bit about the scalar being broken or bad? Anyone ever had this problem with monitor? This is first time I ever had this kinda symptoms with display.

I am using test image 7b from: http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/inversion.php#invpattern

@ Mikso. I also had problems after 4 days I used my monitor. I then contacted the helpdesk of Acer and my monitor had to be sent to their repair service. Now Acer has let me know that there is an error on the motherboard of the monitor and they will send me a new monitor.

    Hello Mikso,

I understand your frustration and still have also problems with this B326HK monitor. Acer has my first monitor paid back and I ordered from another distributor a new B326 HK monitor. When it was delivered, I plugged it in, but had the same problem as with my first monitor. On the internet I came against articles which reported that it could be form the DisplayPort cable. Not so much the type, but the brand could play a role. Have meanwhile 7 different brands of cables tried out, but the problem remains. I already contacted back the helpdesk from Acer, but they do not know what the problem might be. The only thing they tell me is that the monitor must goes in for review. I even took on this monitor an extended warranty extension for 3 years onsite, but Acer tell me that my monitor must first be sent to them and only then can they send me another monitor. I'm 25 years in the IT business and have never experienced such . I always knew that onsite warranty means that the next weekday your problem has to be solved. Acer let me actually understand that I pay for an onsite warrantybut they eventually apply a carry-in warranty. The only thing I can figure out so far is that do not let go the monitor in sleep mode . Then, the monitor seems to work reasonably stable. If I can find anything more and have more news, I'll post it on the forum.
