Darn it, something happened, I will finish message here. Anyways, The mute (f6) and volume up and down (f7) and (f8) does not work. Any reasons why?

It seems like I can not get a answer for this issue. This is a week old Acer.

You must press the "Fn" key first.

    For example, volume up isn't F8. It's Fn F8.

The Fn key is located on the lower left side of your keyboard (I think).

Thank you! It worked, but do I always need to do that? Why doesnt it work on its own?

Yes, you always need to do that. Most all windows keyboards have an alt, Fn, Cntrl, and windows key to allow you to have multiple operations.....shortcuts.

If you look on your keyboard, you'll see that some keys have dual functions. There's a rectangle around the secondary function. You'll also notice that not coincidentally there is a rectangle around the function key Fn. If you want the key to perform the action that is inside the rectangle, then you must first press the Fn key.

edit: there's probably a way to create your own personalized keyboard shortcuts, but that might be for more advanced users.
