Hey guys, after buying my new smartphone, the liquid jade S55, the live updater of acer recommended me to install an update. But when downloaded, it keeps me telling it's able to install the update... But I can't press install and restart?

Every time I put off and on my phone it gives me the same notification also when the time is ellapsed.

Can someone help me out please?

Is your battery over 50% of charge?

    have you installed a microSD?

Yep, that's it. Thanks pall, might've been an easy question but not for a laymen like me!

I'm having the same problem, but i'm using double sim. So I don't have a SD card. How can I solve the problem?

That's one of the disadvantages of the Dual Sim version. If you want to use an SD-card, you'll have to sacrifice one SIM-card. I guess the Dual Sim works with one SIM and one SD-card too.

But the system doesn't want to complete the update if your battery status is low. So you'll have to charge'm completely before doing the update.

    I hope this helps.

When I try to run the update it tells me that the update failed but doesn't say why. Any Idea on how I can find out?

    as i wrote:

    battery must be over 50%

you must have a microSD card inserted

if the error appears even with the 2 things above, when do you have this screen error?

As I can read I made sure it was fully charged and that I had a MicroSD card inserted. It downloads the update then I tell it to install so it restarts and after that It says update failed.
