    Your best bet to get 3G data access on the B1 730HD would be to use a MiFi type unit, which gives you a wireless network connected to 3G, to which you can connect using your tablet's inbuilt WiFi.

     

    (To use a USB dongle you would need a dongle with Android drivers - which would probably be very difficult to find, and in any case the USB port on a B1 730 HD would probably not support the use of such a device)

     

    I use a TP-LINK M5350 with my Iconia A1 810 - it works well.

    YES you can, you need :

    - 3g usb dongle

    - OTG cable

    - android 4.4.2 installed on your B1-730HD

    - PPP2 or PPP3 widget installed (available on play store)

    That's all. (I'm using 3G ZTE MF766 modem and works fine)
