Disable Tap to Click on W510

I know that there have been several problems with the track pad and several people clamoring for multi-touch capability. While I understand that for a variety of reasons that this may not happen, I absolutely abhore the tap-to-click option. Most other drivers allow a way to disable this. Is there any way to disable this on the Acer Iconia W510? The synaptic driver does not work because this is not a synaptic based touchpad.

    The W510 does not have a touchpad.  It's a tablet.  It does have a touch screen.

    If you disable tapping ... you won't be able to tap on the screen to any effect.

    If I have misunderstood, please let me know which device you are talking about.

    @Acer Technician

    It's kinda obvious he is talking about the dock.

    Yeah, extremely obvious he's talking about the track pad on the dock here... Now could we please get a reply on this from Acer?

    Thanks for clarifying guys,  you are 100% correct. I am talking about on the dock for this machine. Ive been trying to write a mouse filter driver to correct this issue, but so far no luck. Hopefully Acer will release a driver soon, but I won't hold my breath. Or buy an acer again. Should have gotten the HP envy...
