How to factory set Aconia W510

Hello, I Upgraded my Aconia W510 from Windows 8 to 8.1. After completed, I ran 2 Acer Updates (BIOS and Drivers), now device will not turn "On" completely. System boots up to Windows Logon Screen, I put in my password and then just sits at a Blue Screen (not a BSOD like other windows OS). Once in a while I see a flicker of the Keyboard Icon (Right side Bottom) and Windows Icon (Left side bottom). Thinking it was a Driver issue, if BIOS, think it would not boot to the Logon Screen. Any thoughts on how to get this back to a state of before the drivers installed? Michael

    Hello

You can do a reset to your tablet, By doing a reset, you will lose all your personal files and thirdparty applications which is installed/Saved in the tablet, Your tablet will go back to its factory default settings, You need a recovery USB to reset it.You can purchase it in store.acer.com , It will cost $44.95+Tax.

    Good Day!!!

Seems strange that someone who knows about the store wouldn't know that 32GB W510s came with three recovery disks and ask if the user has those first.
