Problems with my ACER Aspire E1-470

 It   appears   that   acer  is  having  this  problem !!!

I  bought  an   ACER a   month  ago and  till  now  I am  having  lots  of  headaches !!!

 

I bought  an ASPIRE E1-470      and   in   the  second   day  it  started not  turning  on, sometimes !!!  It  gave me  a   blue  or green  screen...  after  sometimes  it turns into  black !!!

 

I  tried  to get   help  from de  support   center   ( twice ) , they  told  me  they  would   get back to  me ( more than  10 days  ago )  I am  still  waiting ..

 

I  sent  messages    here ( in the site)  for  support   they told me   something  about   rebooting ( formating )   and   HOW CAN  I DO IT   if  the   computer   doesn't  turn  on .... I am  not  a  computer  specialist ...

 It wasn't  supposed  to give  me  problems in the  first week !!! 

 

This is  my   3rd  laptop  (  my  last  one  is  a   SONY  VAIO, and it was  with  me  for  5 years  )   and  I NEVER   had  a problem...

 

At this  moment  I   am  very  upset  with   ACER  ...  I will not   recommend  it  to anyone !

 

I am   still waiting   for an  answer from    ACER !!!

    I have sent a message to you before, with all the information you asked ...
    The only thing you suggested me, was making a back up and rebooting the computer ... It appeared you didn't understand that I can't turn on the computer ... So I can't perform anything you asked me to! It made no sense ...

    I sent  an e-mail   to  you   today ( again ) and you   have  all this   information   because  I talked  with you    15 days   ago  !!!

     

    Till  now  I am  trying to get someone  from the support  center    to look  my  problem. They  told  they   would  get back  to me ... and I am still waiting ...
