    Acer A100

first of all be sure that's fully charged, then try to boot.

if it still remain stuck at Acer logo, shut down with a long press on power button

now hold the tablet in landscape, press and hold the volume rocker down (the one closest to the corner) and the power button, at the same time. You need to hold these for about 3-5 seconds.

once in recovery, select wipe cache/factory reset, wait until it ends and then reboot.

Ok, i think your device is bricked.
I read about this issue and it's a problem on tablet loosing partitions.
I can't help you further, sorry.

    give it another try:

To perform a Factory Data Reset use the following steps:
1.Place the rotation lock switch in the up position (tablet held in portrait/tall ways).
2.Press and hold the Volume DOWN button, which is located farthest from the corner (holding tablet upright/portrait not landscape).
3.With the Volume DOWN button held, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds then release it. Continue holding the Volume down button.
4.Once the tablet vibrates, switch the rotation lock on and off repeatedly while still holding the Volume down button.
5.Release the Volume down button and stop switching the rotation lock once the "Erasing Userdata..." message appears in the upper left corner of the screen.
6.Let it do it's thing, and it should automatically reboot and load up fresh.
