I have completed the Windows 8 Upgrade and  have lost the screen rotation I need to reinstall G-sensor I have used the scan tool and it came up with Blue tooth Atheros ,VGA ATI/AMD and Wireless LAN there are several versions of each in the list, I have e-mailed for support but no answer do you use the most recent version?. Can anybody please help ?.

I understand that the W500 is only 80 pixels short so that it is not able to use SNAP :- Running two aplications side by side.

I have registered my product with customer service Had to send a copy of Invoce as proof, had a reply saying it has been registered, only Purchased the W500 in December but when going onto the support site it will not accept the serial Number or the SNID number to get direct support ?

The G Sensor driver can be downloaded here.

I have scanned the system and downloaded and extracted the files and installed them the VGA AMD Drivers give me the following message AMD Vision Engine  Control Centre cannot not be started There are currently no settings that can be configured using AMD Vision engine control centre and the screen rotation is still not working

Have you restarted the unit after installing the G Sensor driver?  Have you tried installing the video drivers directly from AMD?

I installed the G sensor first yes It did ask me to restart the computer for these changes to take effect then installed the other AMD, Bluetooth and wireless lan I did the Hard ware vendor scan again  and it showed me Bluetooth, VGA and Wireless Lan ? It also tells me if you do have these devices installed then turn them on and detect again ?

Should I try installing a gain G-sensor again ?  The  Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth suite and Qualcomm Atheros WiFi Drivers appear in the Program list.

If I go into appearance I can set the screen in portrait or landscape mode. I will try installing the AMD drivers again.

It should be noted that the driver link is for a 32-bit driver (x86, not x64.)
