As I plug in the charger for the Acer Aspire S7 it causes the computer to lag in such a way that the touch pad becomes sensative in a way that trying to move the cursor will also click the spot the cursor was stationary at before it moved, also typing lag comes into affect at times, the touchscreen however remains responsive and I end up using the touchscreen capabilities to avoid the touchpad lag. Normal operation such as watching videos and surfing websites perform consistantly. Removing the charger from port allows the ultrabook to function without problems. Anyone have any clue what to do?

Check you power management settings to see if they are the same for AC adapter and battery. If they are, I would call Acer and see if you can get a new charger.

Go to control panel, and look for power options. You can set power options for the computer while using AC adapter, and different power options for battery if you want. I would check to make sure the settings in power management are the same for AC adapter, as they are for your battery. If they are, I would try a different AC adapter.
