My Aspire V5-522P-X440 running windows 8 is blue screened and give me the error code 0xc0000034 and says that the boot file /BCD is missing or corrupted.
I have booted a live anti-virus cd and checked the entire computer for vriuses and malware.
I have attempted to boot windows 8.1 on both a CD and USB as i could not find windows 8 and it would not boot them.
I have attempted to boot a windows 8 recovery disk only have it not complete the boot procress and turn off mid boot.

I have tried everything to fix this problem aside from backing up my HDD and wiping the HDD and reinstalling windows.
I've been told i am not able to boot windows cds because of an issue with them not being able to use the ram to boot.

I just want to know with 100% certainity that i have to either wipe and reinstall or replace ram to fix this problem.
Is there anything i can do?

tl;dr Computer will not boot anything windows related and i do not want to wipe an replace.

After talking with multiple people who do computers for a living.
I have wiped and installed Windows 7
To many missing files and unable to unlock the drive.

If you are able to start a Command prompt from a windows 8-8.1 DVD then you can try:

    bootrec /RebuildBcd

if it's a ram problem and if your notebook uses 2 ram modules, you can try to start with one stick and check if it boots to the command prompt.

    Update.
I have acquired another windows 8 recovery disk.
It boots and when I attempt any repair functions it tells me that I need to select a OS.

After checking deleted files on the hdd, their are deleted directory and system_32 files.

What are my best options at this point?

So, system32 folder is missing with other files too?

if you don't need to backup some files, you can boot your notebook and press ALT+F10 and start erecovery to re-install your OS.
