Acer aspire V3 - 571G Sound decrease during the use of microphone

I have a problem with Aspire V3-571G.

Evry time i use microphone, the sound decreases, and it stay decreased til i finish using microphone.

During the use of microphone, i check the speaker settings, and i se that the volume didn't change, even i hear the decreased volume.

Please help me. because i need to salve this problem quickly.

 

I'm using win8.1 64 bit.

    Rigth click on the speaker icon on the bottom right of your monitor, near the date/clock

     

    select playback devices, click on "communications" tab, choose "do nothing", click apply and ok

    i've done it sometimes ago, still having same problem. i tryed any options on sound settings, nothing fixed my problem. also i've got newest audio driver posted on acer website specificly for my model, installed it, stil same problem. please some one to help.

    If you use Skype - TeamSpeak or any other programs about vocal chats, be aware that sometimes they have an automatic output volume change.

     

    so you need to check in the program settings.

    No it's not a issue with softwares, even when i open recording tab, the sound decreases. don't know how to solve this problem. big bug. i need a quick solution.

    Can you guide me how to contact acer experts about this problem, because it seems noone don't know about this problem.
