acer z150 can't connect to the camera

I have bought acer z150 for my daughter, but the device display can't connect to the camera every time we touch icon camera or another camera application. What should I do ?

    Try a factory reset (you will loose all your data):

    system settings/Backup&reset/Factory data reset

     

    if camera still have issue, contact your reseller or  regional Acer support service.

    Im have this problem too and im clean fone, inastal fabric setings from Android menager, and end of instal new room - and what nothing help... And im dont know what hapend if this problem of Adnroid Kit kat ?? 2.2 od hardware of telefon??
    And this telefon have only 4 months

    You can try to download a free camera application from Google play:

    if this new camera application still has issue on starting camera hardware, contact your seller or Acer support service, need a warranty fix.
