S7-392 Left USB Powered But Stopped Recognizing All Devices

I have an S7-392 that is a couple of months old.  One day I had a blue tooth mouse plugged into the left hand side (if I am looking at the screen) USB port and it stopped working.  From that point on no device has been recognized on that USB port yet the devices are clearly powered when they are plugged in.

I have tried the obvious things such as uninstalling all USB drivers in Device Manager and rebooting yet have had no luck.  I also upgraded to the newest BIOS and it made no difference.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so do you know of a fix?

Thanks,

korymc

That was a mistake in my original post.  It is a mouse with a USB transmitter/receiver rather than bluetooth.  I have since bought a bluetooth mouse so that I can at least use the one USB port.  However the problem persists with the other one.
