Acer Aspire v3-571g-6602 certain keys not working

I was playing the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on my laptop when I noticed my "D" key being unresponsive (it would work sometimes and it wouldn't work smoetimes).  Then like 5 minutes later the D key wouldnt work at all.  I tried restarting computer, taking out battery and holding the power button, system restore, but my D,E,3,4 Keys simply won't work anymore.  Is this due to keyboard failure or a sensor or maybe some computer setting acting weird?

And is there anywhere where I can buy the laptop keyboard, so I can try manually replacing the keyboard?

Thanks

    Hello chicagobears,

Could you indicate me the part number of your laptop:

    it begin like this NX.R (10 letter/number).

Sorry, you'll find it under the bar code. Just the first 10 letter/number.

on the back near the the barcode it says S/N(which i'm assuming is the serial number)

    That says: [edited for privacy]

    I didn't see any with 10 letter/number combination

    Hello,

    No luck!

1- Have you tried to load Setup Defaults [F9] and then [F10] in the bios setup utility?

2- The part number is the first 10 letter/number of the serial number (JUST THE FIRST 10).

        In this example, it's LXRJ202006 -->LX.RJ202.006

3- In which country do you live?

    Hello,

The correct part number is (you forgot one A):

    NX.RZLAA.001 - Aspire V3-571G-6602

    The part number of keyboard:

    KB.I170A.410 - KEYBOARD GF7T 103KS US-INTERNATIONAL BLACK

Before to change it, have you tried with an external USB keyboard?

yep I'm using an external USB keyboard right now and it works fine, but when I need to use my laptop at school it will be less convenient using a USB keyboard

Actually the KB.I170A.410 doesn't really look like it would fit my laptop.

If you see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOGf9hlupEI

at 11:16 that is how the keyboard would look like when pulled apart from the laptop.  The keyboard and the speaker and the power button are all together and it doesn't look like the keyboard you said you fit.

    Hello,

About the external USB keyboard, it's just to be sure that your internal keyboard is defective.

I checked the KB.I170A.410 and it's the correct part number. This one, the speakers and "the power button included" are mounted under the upper case 60.M03N2.002.

    Hello,

I send you a private message.

After checking, the speakers aren't mounted on the lower case.
