Hello, I have problem with graphics cards. I have integrated Intel 4400 and descrete AMD Radeon HD 8670 1gb. But there is always intel card running. When I run some games, it asks me before the start which card I wanna use, and there is always only Intel option, no AMD.  Recently I installed Witcher 2, and even on low settings game is lagging. I tried different drivers: from notebook CD, from this site, even from AMD website. Result is same. In BIOS there is no such option, where I can turn on or turn off graphics cards. I hope you can help me. My OS is Windows 8.1

P.S. Also i have Intel Core i5 processor, 4200 1.6Ghz with turbo boost up to 2.6Ghz. Is there any program or way to control this boost, for example make it always 2Ghz or 2.4?

P.S.S. Sorry if I made some mistakes, english is not my native language.

Have you downloaded the lastest drivers from the Acer support?

Probably is some kind of incompatibility between Intel and AMD drivers.

Also check in the Catalyst control center if any option is available about Switchable graphic.

Only performance options in catalyst, and I already tried drivers from acer support, same result. Maybe I should install some kind of BIOS mode, where there will be option to change the card or something...

Try to contact your regional Acer support first.

    One last thing.

did you try from Device Manager to uninstall the AMD and Intel graphic card?

Uninstall also the related drivers and software, reboot and install FIRST the Intel HD and then the AMD drivers.

Yeah, tried this too, even with uninstalling chipset driver. Same. I live in Georgia (country, not state), and there is no acer support. I think I should reinstall windows, that's the last thing left. If the problem saves, then I don't know...
