Aspire S3-391 will not charge

Is it under any warranty? if so take it back.

If not you can undo the back of the laptop by taking out all the Philips head screws on the back, then lift the back off its pretty easy. Then if you look to the left side there is a round white cable and black cable that goes from the back of the laptop to the left side about half way down the laptop (there is only two round cables that are black and white). There is black tape covering the cables where they meet the board. if you peal that off you will see the white and black cables connecting to board or unconnecting maybe for you. Some times they can pop out and it will stop charging. All you have to do is push them back on.

If you watch at the very beginning after the case is taken off the first thing they remove are the two cables i am talking about if you need some visual reference.
