Create a folder called "ringtones" in the SD and copy your mp3 inside.
It will appear in the system ringtones list.

Also tried to reboot. The weirdest thing is that the ringtone comes when a new email arrives, but not if you get a call.

Instead of creating the folder "ringtones" in the SD, create the folder in the internal memory.

I created it in the internal memory too. No result. I can't find the standard ringtones that are on the phone either, as I wanted to paste the one in that folder. But I can't find that folder.

I just tried and it still works as i wrote.

    SD external card, folder "ringtones".
I have 10 mp3 files inside and all appears in the list, just check by song name.

I just rebooted after inserting the SD card.

I will try again. When I go to internal memory and open it, first I see:

    A folder with 0

    A folder with Android

    A folder with obb

And the folder with Ringtone I created

When I click on the 0 folder and open it I get 2 folders:

    1 with 0

    and 1 with obb

When I open the 0 folder then there is the file, but it says .m4r? And the one I have on my download is a normal mp3.

When I open the obb, it is empty

When I open the Android, first I get data

    Then com.android.gallery3d and com.google.android.music

When I open the data, I get cache and then all kinds of bookmark and imgcache

When opening the music first I get files and then empty

FINALLY I GOT IT!!! Deleted that strange m4r file and replaced it with the original mp3 file and it works. Don't ask me how it changed into another filename, I have no idea, but thank you so much for your help!
