acer cloud connection problems.

Hi All,

 

I have acer cloud installed on my laptop (aspire E1-531) and it is running successfully. I recently purchased a tablet ( an asus memo pad HD7), and installed the acer cloud app plus the other associated apps on it. I logged in to acer cloud on the tablet and connected successfully using the acer portal on the laptop.

 

All was well for the first few days. I could download and upload documents and photos from the tablet onto acer cloud. Then for some reason I could not log into acer cloud on my tablet, I entered my id and password but the connection was not be made. I checked acer portal on my laptop, and the tabled was still being recognised.  I checked the following day on acer portal, and the tablet entry had disappeared.

 

I have since re-installed acer cloud on my tablet, repeated the whole process, but the same thing has happened

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi stroller,

     

    There is new version for AcerCloud, just try to update it to the latest version both on your PC and tablet. Hope you can connect successfully.
