Experience with ACER has been most unsatisfactory

I, too, am joining whatever anti-Acer groups available to inform friends/colleagues/acquaintances/anybody that my experience with ACER has been most unsatisfactory.

I thought other companies exhibited scant regard to after-sales service but they contempt ACER holds it's customers in is astounding.

 

I do not believe that this topic is being discussed by anyone other than the ex-customers here.

 

I won't be getting another ACER product, it's just not worth the trouble trying to get stuff sorted out.

    Originally I was supporting a number of people who, like myself, were asking why the company (ACER) was so slow in responding to the customers who asked for an OS upgrade from 4.1 to 4.4

    So now I am doubly 'unsatisfied' by my experience with ACER

    1. They don't care about after-sales service

    2. They don't want a discusssion amongst forum mebers about how average or sub-par an experience being an ACER user is.

     

     

    I don't know why companies like ACER are unable to grasp the fact that you can make more money by keeping customers coming back for more Amazon does it well, Apple is also OK , at least in my experience.
