I am absolutely appalled to have bought a new laptop V5-123 a couple of weeks ago and have already had to reset to factory settings 3 times. My problem is speed - or lack of it - to its response to anything I want it to do - and wifi is virtually non existent. I have asked to return the item for a refund but no cooperation as it is not "policy". All that has been offered is to return to the Acer (at my own expense!!!) for them to investigate and repair if necessary.
Since reading all the other countless problems on this and other websites regarding similar problems, I have now lost confidence in Acer to provide a decent product and want my money back!! I have only owned it less than 3 weeks!
