    Hi Mick560,

If the message is shown in notification shade, just try this way: go to Settings – Apps – AcerCloud (or other AcerCloud apps) – disable “Show notifications”.

    Hi Mick,

Even you disabled AcerCloud app, if the option “Show notifications” was still checked, the message may appear when you start the tablet. I suggest you go to your tablet Settings to double check whether the option “Show notifications” has been disabled (as the screen shot below). If it doesn’t work, could you please upload the screen shot of the message? Maybe other netizens can help you with the other way.

hi, the message says, No Items, you have to assign cloud p.c. first to view contents and add files to the library.

    Hi Mick,

I’ve seen this message before, it is caused by signed in your Acer ID, just try to sign it out in Acer Portal and it will not bother you any more!

Don’t forget to sign in your Acer ID again when want to use AcerCloud. I think it is an amazing app for sharing contents easily!

I've really been getting a lot of use from my AcerCloud account lately, it's an easier way to share between my Windows systems and my Androids. Smiley Happy

    Hi Mick,

Just want to confirm the application current status, could you please try to launch Acer Portal again and confirm it prompts you to sign in or shows AcerCloud app family?

    Hi Mick,

I’m afraid you haven’t signed out your Acer ID.

Could you help to sign out again and check if there is any error message showed? Maybe I could clarify what happened from the error message.
