i wan't to upgrade my ram to 8gb so i have two question :
1- is it better(in performance) to buy one ram with 8gb or two ram with 4gb?.
2- is this ram compatable with my laptop "Kingston ValueRam 4GB PC3-10600 L9 204-Pin SODIMM Notebook Memory KVR1333D3S9/4G"

1. The system supports a maximum of 4GB per RAM slot so you would need two 4GB sticks.
2. No, the RAM you will need operates at 1066 MHz and not 1333 MHz.0 -
What Ram Module do you recommend for upgrading?

I'm having Acer Aspire 5750g (i5) and I also want to upgrade my RAM up to 8GB. I did a small search on the specs and according to Acer-Travis comment I found MUSHKIN 991644 4GB SO-DIMM DDR3 PC3-8500 1066MHZ ESSENTIALS SERIES. Will this be ok or do you recommend a better one??

You need to match your current 4GB memory stick, according to Crucial memory advisor suggested modules are PC3-10600 and PC3-12800.
You can use CPU-z and find out the current module's specs.
My 5750 has PC3-10600 1333MHz.

1. KINGSTON KAC-MEMJS/4G 4GB 1333MHZ SODIMM SINGLE RANK MODULE
(This one they have recomended from the store I bought my laptop)
2. Kingston KVR1066D3S7/4G 4GB 1066MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL7 SODIMM
3. KINGSTON KTH-X3A/4G 4GB DDR3 1066MHZ SODIMM
4. Kingston 4GB DDR3 1066MHz SO-DIMM KFJ-FPC413/4G
If not could you please recommend someone to pick?

You don't have to spend too much and go for a brand name as they all perform at the same level, even a second hand memory stick will be fine.
Any of the following will be fine:
Samsung
Adata
Hynix

I ran Crucial.com's check since Acer has no specs in their user guides (According to my assessment of the inbox booklet and countless searches on the internet) and the recommended:
8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 PC3-12800 Unbuffered NON-ECC 1.35V part #:CT5304913
- DDR3 PC3-12800 • CL=11 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1600 • 1.35V
I Also saw I had 2x2GB of ram so i have to buy 2x4GB.
However I did some further research and it apparently I can add any RAM as long as it doest exceed the max voltage rating... Is this correct? I dont want to screw up my system
(ACER Aspire 5750G-2414)0 - DDR3 PC3-12800 • CL=11 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1600 • 1.35V
