F2 Bios

Hello,

Well I recently bought the Acer TravelMate P6 13.3 inch laptop from NewEgg.

It is a nice laptop, but it came with lots of bloat, so I decided the reinstall the whole OS from scratch. In order to do this, I changed the boot order in the Bios.

Now I have reinstalled the OS and want to change the boot order again. HOWEVER, when I press F2 at the bios screen, it just beeps one time and continues to boot Windows. The F12 Boot Menu works, but F2 for bios no longer does. It used to work!

Why won't it go to the bios? How do I get to the Bios now?

Information:

Acer TravelMate P6 TMP633-M-6639

- Pheonix Bios

Thanks in advance,

Nate

    Hello,

Do you have connect something on USB ports?

    ESPECIALLY NOT FLASH THE BIOS

    Note:

I remind you than your laptop is 2-year labor and parts warranty. So call them and return it.

See that is the wierd thing.

USB ports work, Windows works, F12 menu works, Intel menu works. EVERYTHING seems to work fine.

I've honestly never seen seomthing like this before. Hoping it is not corrupt BIOS, but I am doubting it is, since everything works good.

I'm going to mess around with it some more tonight and see if I can get anywhere.
