Acer customer care in Turkey is a mess

I purchased an Acer aspire v3 on jan.. after less than a month there was noises on the screen so I called the customer care and they told me to do a recovery. I did the recovery but nothing was changed. so I sent it to the service to be replaced (according to the rules in turkey they should replace the product if there is something wrong in the first month). but the customer care sent it back without anything done telling that there is nothing with the notebook. so i refused to accept it and i sent it to them again but again they did nothing and sent it back. this time i accepted notebook and thought maybe I`m wrong but after several hours of working with it the problem began again. so i video recorded and then snapshot the problem and sent an email to [edited for privacy] . they emailed me to call them !!!!!! so i called them and they told me to send the notebook again to service. after that they told me that I don`t have replacement rights anymore and they will just fix it. and a day later they sent it back again without doing anything . Furthermore they have a very rude and impolite call center team and one of them has shouted at me for several times. they are complaints of them about missing rams. they also refuse to give me international authorization or customer care email address.
