Aspire 7750G freezing issue

Hello,

I have Acer Aspire 7750G, it is around year and a half old.

My problem is whenever I play a game (really not high demanding one - Lineage II Interlude on lowest settings) my laptop keeps freezing for 1 to 2 seconds and during that freeze fan either starts to work faster or slower.

So I guess it is related to heat of my laptop but the thing is that this problem occurs right away after I open my laptop and it's still definitely not overheated yet when freezing begins.

I have cleaned fan so it's not dusty.

I have set my power options to `High Performence` with active fan and 100% min and max process states

I reinstalled my windows and laptop is really fresh without tons of programms and whatnot.

Any suggestions would be great, thanks.

Sorry for spam but maybe there is a function to set fans work on highest speed all the time regardless the heat of the laptop? Because now once fan goes slower laptop freezes and waits for the fan to go faster again. Its really annoying.

Check the CPU and GPU temperatures during load (Aida, GPUZ, CPUZ). Probably you need to clean the CPU cooler (and replace the thermal paste).
