If your machine is still in warranty it is probably best to send it in for repair.  The little information you have provided is unfortunately not much use and could be either a software or a hardware fault.

The trick is to make your USB recovery media when you first get your computer.  There are informational/warning messages about this which it seems over 90% of people ignore.

I would try powering on the computer and then power it off whilst it is loading up, do this twice and on the 3rd time (if you are lucky) you will get the advanced boot menu options where you may find the option to refresh/reset your computer.  If you can do that and it works then great ! Only a small chance you can get to the advanced boot menu though, worth a try for sure !

It may be useful to others who will try to help you if you post more information such as the first ten digits of the serial number, and possible a photo of the error you get on the screen - using the insert/edit image option above where you reply.

Thank I have tried the option you suggested and nothing worked. what I get is File:\\Window\system32\winload.efi

Error code: 0xc0000185.....I have tried to reset it but it doesn't it work either...not sure if I should just take it in somewhere or if I can fix it myself if I knew what to do.
