I  just updated the new bios 2.18, it dose improve the cooling performance but decrease the performance of graphic, I got some lag now when running some software or games, but 2.15 works good. maybe its a balance of performance and cooling, but is there any way to roll back 2.15?

if someone want to update but prefer performance, I dont recommand to update.

    Hello zxcom2000,

You can roll back to the version 2.15. You must flash the bios with this version. This is the same way to upgrade or downgrade.

    Hello,

Have you tried to flash it under MS-DOS?

Look the folder ME (Management Engine of Intel).

    Read the file read.txt

    Hello,

    I went too fast...

fptw64.exe is the Windows 64 bits version of Flashing Programming Tool.

So you can't use under DOS. The DOS version is fpt.exe.

You may demand a DOS version to Acer support (Tchat)... Perhaps it exist.
