Acer Liquid E2 (DUO) processor problem

in 2014 Archives

I dont know to speak very good english but i wanna tell you i've bought a few days ago an acer e2 duo and after i download some games at one of them:flappy birds,clumsy birds,dr.driving,temple run 2 etc...it works (jerky) hard i dont know exactly how to say what is the problem guys????its has a quad core 1.2 what a helll and i played this games on acer z3 and its works fine..Smiley Sad(what i got to do??plsssss.

    the main problem is that

    Acer_AV061_V370_1.005.00_EMEA_CSM

     

    is the latest rom available as EMEA_CSM, so you can't update to the lastest fix.

     

    the only thing i can tell you, is to do a "factory reset" and see if this fix your problem.

    And if i do a factory reset if gonna dont work what i need to do something else....?

    if factory reset will not work, as i told you, your EMEA_CSM is the latest version, no more updates.

     

    sorry about that, but the only solution to update is to change rom version from EMEA_CSM to WW_GEN1, but you will avoid the warranty and can't be discussed on this forum.

    Try to check if a new rom is available with system update.

    System settings/about phone/system update

    An user reported that a 1.006 EMEA_CSM is available.
    I don't know if from acwr website or system update
