My Model is Aspire M5-583P and it doesn't want to connect to my house wifi, it always says "Connection is Limited" it doesn't let me go on any internet.
It Says that the Wifi isn't connect (obviously) and that the Wifi doesn't have a Valid IP configure I tried Everything I restarted my Laptop and it still didn't work please help me.

  • If your router is configured as a DHCP server, check that your M5 is set to obtain an IP address automatically.
Check that security settings correctly match your router and that you have entered the correct key.

I have been having that same problem. It wasn't an issue until the laptop was returned to me after being repaired for the second time under warranty. It is my wife's computer and she is really ticked. We purchased this laptop after having purchasing two acer netbooks that worked without any problems. But we got burnt on this model.

I did check and I'm absolutely sure I put the right key in

And yes my laptop didn't have the problem before it just started one day when I came home and out of no where it just said Limited wifi
  • At this point, I would be inclined to delete the network connection and recreate.
