webpage display issue

Hi all, first time here so be gentle :-)
I have just got liquid E2 and very happy with it but, being an old `git` I am a bit confused. I am not sure how to get the data regarding build software etc,but not sure that you need it for this.
On my previous phone I had the option on web pages to change display to `mobile display`. This would reformat text so it all fitted on page whatever size text you expanded to. Very hand if you have less than perfect eyesight.
Not sure that I am explaining it well, but someone must know what I mean. My question is...Can this be done on the Acer?
My only issue so far. Thanks

Both stock browser and chrome by default will render webpages as "mobile" and you can simply tap on the 3 dots on the top right of the screen and scroll down and tap on "request desktop site" to switch to "normal" rendering.

Ok, thanks. Error, no dots st top right of screen ( but found this option on settings button, bottom right ~ on case). However, though this works with this site it doesn't with some others. Most confusing.
    Thanks anyway.
