Acer bio protection , ACer arcade deluxe not working after factory restore .

Device : ACer Aspire 5738 G

OS : windows 7 Home premium ..

I restored my lap to factory settings few hours back .After the recovery , the Acer crystal eye cam ,Acer Bio protection ,Arcade Deluxe are not working . But i have download crystal eye cam web from acer and installed it now its working ..

I can't find arcade deluxe and bio protection app within acer website ..

when i try to open arcade deluxe and bio protection , it says

" Problem with shortcut "

The item "_______ " that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved , so this shortcut will no

longer work properly .

Do you want to delete this shortcut ?

and i tried to locade the acer bio protection , arcade deluxe folder in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer

but no folder is there in those names ..

also i checked control panel ,, and both the applications are not there in the list of all programs instaled ....

ANd important thing is while doing factory restore , i choose to restore OS only , i choose to back the user files in c drive ....

so do i have to do a complete restore ?

You can attempt to reinstall the applications from eRecovery.

Other than that, it may be best to back up all of your data and do a complete restore.

after my aspire 6930 crashed due to a stuck button. i had no choice but to restore it. it restored and then started windows for the first time and runs Alaunchx to install all the acer stuff. it stops a 13/20 arcade deluxe and will then freeze the whole system, from what i have found out its somthing to do with powercinema??? i have tried to restore my laptop about 9 times now and the samething happens every time. im typing this from my laptop as i have sussed that if i get up task manager i can end task and abort the install. after this my system seems stable???? i can't find any downloads for arcade deluxe and i cant remover somthing that is stuck mid-install. please help before i throw the **bleep** thing out of the window.
