Hi,

I´m having a minor issue that is pretty anoying, whenever im flat in a table with the computer on tablet mode the accelerometer changes the display to vertical. I have to open the screen a bit, for it to change back. Is this a matter of setup or what should I do?

Thanks,

The accelerometer sensitivity can be turned down a couple of ways, but there is a solution that is much easier. You probably want the accelerometer to be sensitive so the screen can adjust quickly. The alternative that works really well is to lock the screen position. To lock the screen position swip from the right of the screen to pull up the charms bar. There is an option to change settings (it looks like a gear). On this you should see a button that resembles a screen (it's like a rectangle) or it will say brightness. This button allows you to adjust screen brightness but also lock the screen. To lock the screen click on the icon above the brightness bar. An icon should appear that resembles the rectangle with a lock. Locking the screen will disable the screen rotation and keep your screen rotation responsive when you need it to be. If that doesn't work there are two ways to adjust the accelerometer on the R7, but I wouldn't mess with it if you can just lock the screen. Acer has awesome online technical support you can chat with live if you need help with the accelerometer.
