    • Pull down menus not working.

    My pull down menus do not work.  They flash quickly and then disappear.  Any help would be appreciated.

      Try this first. If this is a laptop, try a USB mouse to see if it is the touchpad. If it is a desktop with a wireless mouse, try the same. It may be the mouse or it may be software. If it is not the mouse, I would back up all of your data and do a factory restore. I've seen malware and/or virus's that will do this.
