Acer A1-810 - How to move apps to external SD card?

The owners manual for my tablet says to move videos to the external sd card to free up space. It doesn't say how or where the videos are stored on the tablet. Please, can anyone help me find out how to do this? Over the last two weeks I've spent HOURS searching for this answer and the closest I"ve come was a youtube video that said, "everyone knows how to move videos so we're going to talk about something else." If everyone knows, why won't anyone say? I've tried 6 different file managers and hooking it up to my laptop but, so far, can't even find the files.

This just shows videos that I have put on the external sd card. The videos I bought on Google Play and downloaded are on the internal card. But, SUCCESS, I have found them and now I know why searching didn't find them. They aren't stored using the movie title in the filename, not with a standard extension. The filenames are the word Framework followed by  seemingly just ramdom characters (probably a code recognized but the player) and with the extension .WVM. Anyway, now that I know that, moving them is the easy part. They won't play from the external card, though, because Android reports them as an unrecognized file type. If I want to play them it's neccessary to move them back where they belong, but at least now I can do that. Thanks for the suggesstions.

Download ES File explorer and open it, you will see the separate storage areas inside your tablet and you will see the external SD card. In order to navigate to the video folder select "home" in the left hand column, then "downloads" or "movies"  it will depend on where you have stored the videos or where the tablet has stored them by default, when you locate the file a long touch will highlight it, then go to "more", bottom right side of the screen and chose "move to", one of the options will be your external SD card.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, this is one of the 6 file managers I have tried and everything else i have tried. Every folder I found that was labeled movies, downloads, media or anything else I thought was remotely possible contained no videos. I also made sure the checkbox to show hidden files and folders was checked. I've also searched with all those file managers and with windows, pluging the tablet into my laptop. No luck. I know the videos are there somewhere because I have watched them at home where I don't have internet access. Does the tablet decide where to put them or does the Google Play store decide?

Where the movies go depends on how you transfer them, if you download them, like all downloads, they will go in to the download folder, if you transfer them from a PC, you can choose where to put them. When you open ES file explorer refer to the black column on the left of the screen, select "local" then "library", this should open to : Pictures, Music, Movies, Books, all your media should be viewable here.

Your video files are Windows Media files and you need the appropriate app to play them, recommend BS Player ( my favourite ) or something like VLC. BS plays my videos straight from the ex SD card.
