acer representative

I purchased a Acer laptop for my grandson.  Have tried to contact a Acer company representative and keep being sent around in circles.  Told can only talk to service tech which I already have with no satisfaction.  Can anybody out there HELPME??????

 

I can't understand why an Acer rep won't contact a customer.  What are they afraid of or hiding???  I owned and operated a 143 room hotel for 40 yrs.  I couldn't be their 24/7 but always responded directly to my guests' complaints.

 

As far as myself and family goes Acers' CUSTOMER SERVICE SINKS.

    laptop will not boot up and when it does as David works on it loses charge/bought new battery work for awhile than did same thing/purchased new power cord/did not help/now cannot charge or use the laptop at all/want to talk to an actual person representative can only reach technical support who wants more money and cannot guarantee can fix problem.

    how old is this laptop?

    the laptop was purchased 08/12 and started acting up mid 09/13 about 2 wks out of warranty

    If i understand correctly, it does not charge? And you have changed the battery as well as the charger?

    Also: battery is completely dead now?
