Hi, can you please help.

I took some video footage today.
When I wanted to play it back, the footage is there, but I have no sound through the speakers.

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Did you check if video has sound playing on a PC or mac?

    I didn't, I will check.
    But my sound recorder isn't playing back either.

    Is the media volume up?

    During video playing press the volume up button and check if it works.

    If it doesn't work, do a phone reboot and check it again.

    Hi I've done that and still nothing. Smiley Surprised(

    I can't think of what I'm doing wrong.
    I checked the trouble shooting in the instruction manual and it said to check the volume and device volume is not muted. Done that and still nothing.

    Ringtones works?

    Did you reboot the phone?

    Yep, ringtones work.
    Have restarted the phone. Still no sound.

    Can you check which rom version is in your phone?

    If on system volume, all the volumes are up and video is still muted, the only solution is to do a factory reset.

    System settings/backup & reset
    Please note that you will lost all your data.
