Acer Ultra-Thin V5-552 Laptop Loading Failure

On the 24th of December I purchased a Acer Ultra-Thin V5-552 Laptop for my Birthday. I read the instructions twice on how to set the Laptop up. This is where the fault happened; I was applying my personal details into the Laptop when suddenly switched off just before I got to the Internet Connection area. I've charged the Laptop for around 2 hour, and a half and it's still not switching on. The charge is charging as the light is Orange then it switched to Blue, it still wouldn't switch on. By this time PC World where I bought the Laptop closed for holidays. Please give me some advise on how to fix the problem.
