Hello everybody,

                             I have an Acer AO 756 that was running Win 8 64 bits wich I upgraded to an 8.1 that Microsoft proposes for free. This caused several problems among wich, no more Scroll or moving a window; Thanks to someone's advice I could repair that by dowloading the ELANTECH 10.6.12.4 Touchpad driver compatible with Win 8.1 (the Synaptics 16.1.0.0 was also available).

But I still have a problem I can't solve;

Before the upgrade, when going to the start menu and making a right click with the pointer positionned on the upper edge of the screen, I would get the option "show all APPS" in the lower right corner; but now, instead of that I get a "customise" option wich i don't need

The other way to get "all apps" via "search" in the Charms Bar doesn't work either!!!

Can someone help me because it is very annoying !

Thanks a lot Guys and good evening.

    Changes made in Windows 8.1 would not be something that can be addressed here.

    If you dislike the changes in Windows 8.1, it is always possible to reload the system back to factory defaults.

    Welcome aboard, Kilo. Go to the Start Page, and you will find a small, downward arrow near the bottom. Click that, and it will take you to "All Aps."

    I also suggest that you go to the Desktop, and from there go online to install the free Classic Shell Start Button.
