Iconia W510 will not let me sign in to Windows

So I installed some Kensington keyboard and mouse drivers, and was prompted to restart the computer (which I did).  The tablet rebooted, came to the opening screen (after the Acer boot up, with the time, date, battery icon and wifi icon).  Normally, I would just swipe up and the Windows sign on screen would pull up, but that is not happening.  The Windows icon buzzes, but still nothing happens.  I cannot access Windows in any way!!  I only have the tablet, and do not have a keyboard (was trying to install a Bluetooth keyboard).  I tried plugging in a USB mouse, still nothing.  I've rebooted the tablet multiple times, still the same result.

All of the fixes I've found for "sleep death" involve accessing the settings, which I can't do.  My wife has had the tablet for about a year and used it sparingly, and never had any issues until today.  Has installing a simple keyboard/mouse driver actually bricked this thing?  Any ideas?  Is there some kind of hard reset button on this tablet?

W510 does not have a reset that I know of. That said you should still be able to boot into the BIOS (hold volume down key when pressing start.

Do you have a USB DVD ? If so you should be able to change the boot order in the BIOS and boot from the recovery disk.

BTW my W510 recognises a USB keyboard at BIOS time (I have mine in a $12 case with a USB keyboard in it frm Amazon)

I do not have a USB DVD drive (and I do not have a recovery disk as this is my wife's tablet and she didn't create one).  The USB keyboard works in the BIOS, but doesn't work when the Windows splash screen comes up.   Of course my warranty expired about 15 days before this happened (that will teach me to be an early adopter).

Okay, I think I found out how to restore this tablet.  Using the USB keyboard, I rebooted the tablet, held down the F12, and got the "reset" menu.  I'm doing a full restore right now, so I'll let you know the end result.  (FYI, this is the 64GB version, tablet only, and I guess they put the restore file on a partition.  Too bad Acer's tech support didn't know this.)
