Good day,

I onw a aspire 5560 (ms2319) for about a year now, and since it is getting pretty warm when i'm playing games i figured it's time to clean the dust out.

i was looking trough the manual, but didn't find any information on opening it up, and when i searched online i found this guide on (pretty much) completely disassembling it:

Is this the only way to get to the fan's? because i am pretty afraid on breaking anything opening it up this way.

my preveous laptop (a extensa 5630) was way easyer to open up.

Many thanks for the people taking their time to help me in advance, and have a happy New Year.

P.S. if i have to open my laptop anyway, is there any obveous upgrade to purchase for it to improve the gaming preformance?

Few laptops are easy to disassemble even without all the screws. The plastic interlocks, like around the keyboard, almost always get stressed or damaged. My advice if you feel you have to do some preventive fan maintenance, only remove those panels, like the ram cover, that are relatively easy to get at. Then gently blow air reverse-flow through the exhaust port with something like a hair dryer on no-heat, the blower side of a vacuum cleaner, a compressed air keyboard cleaner or even your own lungs. I doubt there's that much dust buildup unless the computer is mostly operated in a very dusty environment. Almost all laptops get quite warm at times of heavy CPU usage, nothing unusual about that.  If it were mine, I wouldn't try to fix something that doesn't seem to be a problem.
