ASPIRE V5 571P-6815 TOUCH SCREEN SLIGHTLY CRACKED LEFT TOP OF THE CORNER BUT RIGHT SIDE IS WORKING

hi,

 

i bought acer aspire V5 571P 6815 touch screen last year feb,

 

unfortunately touchscreen was cracked slightly last night left side top of the corner,

 

but touch is working right side left side is not working ..

 

can u help me ..

 

tell me solution.

    Best thing to do is contact Acer support for your region who should be able to help!

    now i am in india..

     

    here there is no acer service center,only third party..

     

    that's the problem..

    Don't worry, anilp - these third party agents work on behalf of Acer, and are fully approved to carry out warranty work.

     

    Give them a call as soon as you can!

    Hi,

     

    i met local acer service center in india..

     

    they told me it is work out here,no warranty here also  in US purchased laptops..

     

    and out of warranty no spares available here that's problem happened ..

     

    what can i do...no support properly overhere..

    I think the only thing you can do is to find a reputable computer repair store, who may be able to fix it for you.
