Unable to upgrade to 8.1

I may be posting in the wrong place.  If so, I apologize.  I have an acer all in one and I cannot upgrade to windows 8.1.  I click on store and it just keeps coming back to store.  I found a tutorial on this site for help upgrading but it refers to deleting intel and nvidia drivers but I do not know how to do that of if it will help me upgrade to 8.1.  If I am in the wrong place to post, please tell me where to post.  I want windows 8.1 but I just cannot get it.  Thank you.

I had the same problem, first run windows update, install all of the updates, restart, then go to the store, download and install windows 8.1

    Hi jchadola

To delete the Intel & Nvidia drivers, go to Device Manager. Press Windows key & R to bring up the Run box & type:

    devmgmt.msc

When Device Manager appears, expand the "Display adaptors" part then right click & chose "Uninstall". Once the computer has uninstalled the driver(s) then go to the store & try Windows 8.1 again.
